Services

Bench Digital designs, builds and maintains websites for small businesses. The specific scope of your project, including pages, features and timeline, is confirmed in writing before work begins.

The Retainer plan

Starting at $200 CAD per month for a standard 5 page website. Larger scopes are quoted before you commit.
Minimum term of 6 months, then month to month.
Includes unlimited reasonable revisions and direct access to Mathew for questions and updates.
If you cancel after the minimum term, you keep your domain name. The design, code and assets created by Bench Digital remain the property of Bench Digital.
There are no cancellation fees after the minimum term.

The Lump Sum plan

$4,000 CAD, one time, for a standard 5 page website.
On full payment, ownership of the delivered design and code transfers to you.
No ongoing support is included. Revisions after delivery are billed at $150 CAD per hour with a one hour minimum per request.

Your content

You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information, text and images you provide, and you confirm you have the right to use them. You retain ownership of your own content, trademarks and domain name at all times, on every plan.

What we do not promise

We build fast, well structured websites designed to convert visitors into leads, and we stand behind that work. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic volumes or lead counts, because no honest developer can. Results depend on your market, your offer and factors outside any website.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bench Digital's total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 6 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data caused by third party services, hosting providers or events outside our control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Alberta.
