Why does the retainer say starting at $200?
$200 per month covers a standard 5 page website, which is the right size for most small businesses. If you need more pages, online booking, ecommerce or other extra features, we quote the difference upfront before you sign anything. The price you agree to is the price you pay.
What counts as a page?
A page is a distinct screen of your site, like Home, Services, About, Reviews and Contact. We help you pick the 5 pages that will do the most to bring in leads for your specific business.
How long until my site is live?
Most builds launch within 2 to 4 weeks of our first call. The biggest variable is how quickly we get your content, photos and feedback. We move as fast as you do.
What happens if I cancel the retainer?
After your 6 month minimum, you can leave any time with no cancellation fee. You keep your domain name and take it wherever you like. The design and code stay with Bench Digital. If you want to own everything outright, the Lump Sum is built for that.
Do you guarantee a certain number of leads?
No, and you should be suspicious of anyone who does. What we guarantee is the foundation leads come from: a fast site, a clear next step on every page, and a design built around the action that grows your business. Then we keep improving it with you.
Do I need to provide the writing and photos?
Bring what you have, even if it is rough notes and phone photos. We shape the words on every page around winning you leads, and we will tell you honestly if better photos would pay for themselves.
